PhytoCellTec™ Goji – PhytoCellTec™ Goji is a cosmetic ingredient based on stem cells of the goji berry that vitalizes mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Mesenchymal stem cells are a type of stem cell in the skin that is important for various regeneration processes, such as wound healing. They are able to signal fibroblasts to produce more collagen and elastin in the dermis.

PhytoCellTec™ Solar Vitis – PhytoCellTec™ Solar Vitis/Vitis Vinifera is based on stem cells from the Gamay Teinturier Fréaux grape – a grape from Burgundy, which is characterised by an extremely high content of polyphenols for UV protection. Extensive studies have shown that PhytoCellTec™ Solar Vitis reliably protects epidermal stem cells from UV stress and thus from skin aging caused by light. PhytoCellTec™ Solar Vitis increases the vitality and efficiency of all essential skin cells and improves the skin’s resistance.

Fulvic Acid – In the same way that Fulvic Acid has many great benefits for the body when taken orally as a supplement, it is also very beneficial for the skin when applied topically. Our fulvic acid extract is rich in polyphenols, which are particularly beneficial for skin health. Polyphenol extracts are scientifically proven to prevent and reduce UV damage and skin ageing, as well as provide anti-microbial activity.

Resveratrol – Resveratrol, a polyphenol found in Japanese Knotweed and the skin of red grapes, is a very effective anti-oxidant with 95% efficiency in preventing lipid peroxidation, as compared with 37% for Vitamin C or 65% for Vitamin E.  Resveratrol is effective against photoaging due, in part, to its anti-oxidant properties and is recommended for use in pre- or post-sun exposure products. Resveratrol can pass through the stratum corneum found in the dermis and epidermis. It has been shown to preserve dermal collagen and may be effective in enhancing glycosaminoglycans, which enhance tissue hydration. It has been shown to stimulate skin’s cellular renewal and help increase skin’s thickness. And it has also been shown to inhibit tyrosinase, which indicates its use for reducing hyperpigmentation.

Sodium Hyaluronate – Our water-soluble form of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid is vegan and has been verified by ECOCERT. Hyaluronic Acid is a polysaccharide that occurs naturally in the human body and works to support the body’s collagen production and to help maintain elasticity. This high molecular weight form of Sodium Hyaluronate forms a natural protective film on the skin’s surface, where it draws in moisture to boost hydration and rapidly enhance skin texture. The high molecular weight of Sodium Hyaluronate is achieved through the bio-fermentation of non-GMO plant resources.

Olive Squalane – Squalane is easily absorbed by human skin because it is a derivative of the unsaturated terpene hydrocarbon called Squalene, an oily molecule that occurs naturally in the sebum of human skin. With age, the skin’s natural Squalene production begins to decline, making products with Squalane more valuable as skin begins to lose its moisture, smoothness, and strength. Squalene oxidizes quickly, but the hydrogenated and improved version of it – Squalane – becomes a stable and skin-loving ingredient. Olive Squalane helps to minimize the appearance of wrinkles and cracks formed by extreme dryness and damage. Furthermore, it protects against the harsh effects of the elements, UV radiation, and pollution. Its non-comedogenic quality makes Squalane suitable for all skin types, even oily complexions.

Organic Golden Jojoba Oil – This is the unrefined version of the Clear Jojoba Oil, obtained from the fruit of the Simmondsia chinensis plant. Although it’s called oil, it is actually a liquid wax. Its makeup is very similar to the oil (sebum) that is naturally produced by human body.  Jojoba oil helps to regulate oil production by the skin, leading to fewer breakouts and less severe acne. In addition, Jojoba oil is full of antioxidants (rich vitamin E source) and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Organic Cold-Pressed Wheat Germ Oil – this oil is cold pressed from the wheat (Triticum vulgare) germ kernel. It is high in vitamin E, a natural antioxidant that nourishes and protects damaged, dry, and mature skin. It is also rich in age-defying antioxidants that help restore skin’s natural health and vitality. Wheat germ oil helps seal moisture back and also gets rid of excess sebum, which could lead to skin problems such as acne.

Rosehip Botanical Extract – Rosehip is the fruit of the rose plant (Rosa canina) with the extract powder coming from the seeds and shells. It is high in vitamin C as well as 32 other minerals and vitamins such as beta carotene, bioflavonoids, calcium, citrates, citric acid, iron malates, malic acid, niacin, phosphorus and vitamins A, B1, B2, E, K.
